- Yes, we are a Chinese company and brand that proudly brings our customers all the benefits of being in the world's manufacturing hub with a global mindset for quality and performance.

Which company owns KAYO?
- We are an independent company. Our founder, Mr. David Dai, worked at Honda for many years before taking the big leap by starting his own company.

How long has KAYO been in business?
- The spirit of Kayo started in 1999 when the first sketches of a 60cc pit bike were made. Those sketches eventually became our KMB, which made its debut in 2001 at EICMA, the International Motorcycle Show, in Milan, Italy. Read more about our History.

How do you pronounce KAYO?
- We pronounce it Ka-Yo, out of respect for where our founder got his start working at Honda.

Where do I get spare parts for my Kayo?
- Please contact your local Kayo dealer. We know how frustrating it can be trying to find which spare part is best for you. We make sure our dealers are ready to take care of your needs.

Does Kayo offer a factory warranty?
- Yes, we do have a factory warranty. We stand by our products, but if anything happens to not run just right, contact your local dealer to get more information on your specific model.

Where can I find an owner's manual?
- All new products have an owner’s manual included. If you happen to not have one, please contact your local dealer and they should be more than willing to help you.

Does Kayo have any electric off-road vehicles
- Yes, we have many electric models, and our technology is improving every year. Check out our eKMB, eA50, eA70 and eA110 to get the full range of what's possible, plugging in to the off-road.

Where can I find a service manual?
- All our distributors have access to our service manuals. Contact them for help. Please be aware we do not share our service manuals online.

Where is Kayo's Factory located?
- Our factory has been based in Jinyun Country, Lishui, Zhejiang. We love to give factory tours, so please contact a Sales Team Member to make it happen.

Which port do you ship from
- We usually ship our products from either Shanghai or Ningbo. If you have a specific shipping request, let us know and we will work to occomidate your needs.

What type of homologation certificates does Kayo currently have
- We work hard to ensure all our products can be sold in every market. We have EU and USA certifications for most of our models. For a particular model’s homologation status, please look for the Distributor Section on the particular products page or contact a Sales Team Member.
